Front Office Assistant/Receptionist

Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. (CWC) is a Financial Advisory and Investment Management firm in Carmel Valley. We are seeking to add a full-time Front Office Assistant/Receptionist

to our Client Service Team.

The Client Liaison is responsible for greeting visitors to the office, scheduling and facilitating the many meetings between staff and clients, and the many internal staff meetings. Scheduling and facilitating meetings includes communicating with clients and prospects, ordering and picking up meeting lunches, coordinating the meeting rooms, and securing out-of-office meeting arrangements. The Client Liaison is responsible for making travel arrangements for staff work trips. They also manage the office equipment and organize staff events (quarterly staff events and celebrations, for example). Also among their responsibilities is managing documentation on our Client Portal system, and administrating the tasks associated with on-boarding new staff and off-boarding departing staff, as well as supervising the interns.

Interviewees will be asked to construct a sample client-outreach email during the interview. We require this because effective email communication with clients and prospects is a cornerstone of the Front Office Assistant/Receptionist position.
