Kit-Victoria (Weil) Wells
Kit has worked for Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. since 1990, when her father (Chris) suggested she join his team. She thought it a very bad idea indeed, and has been working for him ever since. Over the years, her responsibilities have ranged from client service and corporate development to human resources, trading, and compliance.
Kit serves as WEIL's Culture & Communications Officer, fortifying communication and service for the benefit of prospects, clients and the WEIL team at-large. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (with a minor in Philosophy) from the University of Redlands. She is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a former FINRA-registered securities principal. Together with her brother, sister and parents, she serves on the board of her parents' philanthropic organization, the Patricia and Christopher Weil Family Foundation, working to make college more accessible and successful for students raised in San Diego’s under-resourced communities. Along with her husband John (the President & CEO of WEIL), she lives in Del Mar. She and John visit Portland, Oregon (where their daughter and her partner live) and Durango, Colorado (where their son and daughter-in-law live) as often as time and resources permit. Kit is a certified yoga instructor, a junky cinephile and a grateful traveler.
