Financial Advisor
Position Available

Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. (“WEIL”) is a Registered Investment Advisor located in Carmel Valley, California. Our primary business is providing financial advice and investment management for high-net-worth individuals and families.

The Position

We are currently seeking to add a financial advisor to our Advisory Team. Our team-based approach to wealth management means that no single advisor owns a book of business. Instead, we utilize a collaborative and team-based approach which allows us to offer a wide range of expertise and experience, ensuring that our clients receive the most comprehensive and personalized advice possible. Unlike many wealth management firms, we do not have sales quotas or sales-based compensation. This means that our advisors can focus on providing advice that is always in the best interest of the client, without the pressure to meet arbitrary sales targets.

As an employee at WEIL, you will be part of a positive and supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance and a range of benefits aimed at helping you maintain a healthy and fulfilling life outside of work.
