As the manager of Client Services, Catalina directs the work of the team that executes on the sizable and complex administrative tasks associated with establishing and maintaining the client relationship. Delivering a pleasant and seamless client experience is central to Catalina's role. As with all the managers at WEIL, another important component of her work is making sure her team enjoys professional satisfaction and knows that WEIL prioritizes their personal wellbeing.
In addition to her manager position, in 2024 Catalina became WEIL's Director of Implementation. In that capacity she is responsible for the critical and ongoing firm-wide initiatives that augment WEIL's efficiencies in managing and delivering information across the platform.
Catalina has been with WEIL since 2014 after earning a Bachelor's Degree from Wellesley College in Women's and Gender Studies with a minor in Economics. In 2015, she earned her Series 65 and became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. In her free time, Catalina scours San Diego for its tastiest restaurants, cheers on the San Diego Padres, and enjoys a good book.
