​Catalina is a Managing Partner at WEIL, specializing in operations. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has played a key role in building efficient systems and delivering a seamless client experience. Catalina works alongside her fellow Managing Partners to lead the team and guide the firm's strategic direction.
Born and raised in San Diego, Catalina earned her Bachelor's Degree from Wellesley College and holds her Series 65. In her free time, she scours San Diego for its tastiest restaurants, cheers on the San Diego Padres, and enjoys a good book.
