As Laura Sword's daughter, Jillian was born into the WEIL family. She officially joined WEIL as an employee in June of 2006, working as a part-time intern while in high school. She left San Diego to attend California State University, Chico, graduating in December of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Italian, which included an unforgettable year living abroad in Turin, Italy. Jillian has been working full-time at WEIL since 2016, and in 2024, she passed the Series 65 to become a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
Jillian brings a hardworking, service-filled attitude and exceptional organizational skills to the team. Outside of the office, she is most likely spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their daughter, Emilia. A lover of all things beauty, she still holds her esthetician license and loves helping her friends and co-workers glow. Most recently, Jillian added "living kidney donor" to her life's achievements, a true reflection of her deeply rooted passion for helping others.
