As Laura Sword's daughter, Jillian was born into the WEIL family. She officially joined WEIL as an employee in June of 2006 working as a part-time intern while in high school. She left San Diego to attend California State University, Chico and graduated in December of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Italian. (Her college experience included a year living abroad in Turin, Italy which she will never forget.) In 2024, Jillian took and passed the Series 65 making her a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.

Jillians brings to the team a hardworking and service-filled attitude and great organizational skills. She loves the beach life, shopping, movie watching and reading, but her true love is cosmetics and beauty. She even got her esthetician license after college and uses it to make her friends and co-workers glow! Jillian married in 2018 and she and Taylor are now the proud parents of toddler Emilia.
