Sandra Korwek
Sandra brings to the firm over forty years of accounting and business experience in various fields, including seventeen years of operating her own accounting business and six years as the Business Manager of San Diego’s Mainly Mozart. She began working for Chris and Pat Weil in 2004, handling the accounting and business needs of Chris and Pat personally and of the Weil Family Foundation. She joined the Accounting Team at WEIL full time in 2006, and is currently responsible for client billing, managing WEIL contracts, handling employee benefits and trainings, and overseeing insurance.
Sandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Redlands. Sandra feels strongly about the importance of nonprofit organizations and in assisting them in their success. (A value shared by the WEIL Team at large.) She’s a recent Board Member of Words Alive, a San Diego-based nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing the power and value of reading and literacy for children and families, and a current member of their Finance Committee. She is also a member of WEIL’s Giving Committee.
Sandra is married and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son-in-law, along with her two mischievous Old English Sheepdogs. Sandra enjoys music, photography, sports, and experimenting with new recipes.
