As a financial advisor, Vianca plays a crucial role on the WEIL Advisory Team. Her primary focus is maintaining client relationships and developing comprehensive financial roadmaps for clients. This permits her to do what she considers to be the core requirement of her job; serve the best interest of clients. Prior to joining the WEIL team, Vianca also worked in finance, as a Lead Teller and Senior Client Service Associate.

Vianca graduated with a BA in Economics from San Diego State University in December 2019. She became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative in 2020. In 2022, Vianca earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, further enhancing her competence in the field. In 2025, she also became a A Certified Private Wealth Advisor   professional. This expertise covers a comprehensive, holistic approach to wealth, with skills tailored to meet the complex financial needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Outside of work, Vianca is involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities San Diego, contributing to their efforts in helping families heal together. In a similar spirit of community and exploration, Vianca's passion for the outdoors translates into her hobbies, which include hiking in national parks and traveling to new destinations.
