As a paraplanner/financial advisor, Vianca plays a crucial role on the WEIL Advisory Team. Her primary focus is maintaining client relationships and developing comprehensive financial roadmaps for clients. This permits her to do what she considers to be the core requirement of her job; serve the best interest of clients. Prior to joining the WEIL team, Vianca also worked in finance, as a Lead Teller and Senior Client Service Associate.

Vianca graduated with a BA in Economics from San Diego State University in December 2019. She became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative in 2020. In 2022, Vianca earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

Outside of her work at WEIL, Vianca supports philanthropic initiatives such as Build-A-Miracle in creating self-sustaining communities in Mexico. She is also involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities San Diego, contributing to their efforts in helping families heal together. Vianca's passion for exploration and the outdoors translates into her hobbies, which include hiking in national parks and traveling to new destinations.​
